Chimera

A long term process group for individuals in eating disorder recovery. 

We are currently creating a supportive space for those in recovery from an eating disorder to process life transitions, long term recovery and find to a place of acceptance. All genders and eating disorders welcome. 

What to expect from this group: Affirmation, company, warmth, and narrative + expressive therapies. A time and space to examine your own myths that may be holding you back and reconnect with life. 

Who this group is for:  We ask that members are LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC supportive, neurodiversity affirming and size inclusive to create a safe community.
